Leaning Art  -observation 

I find this trend of leaning art very interesting. It signals some kind of nonchalance, like no thought has been put into it. While art that is in peoples house is often heavily curated. It is there not only because it has personal meaning but also to impress guest to display how cultured you are.

To me it also suggests something else, it suggest that you are not willing to fully commit to your choice for that peace of art. It is almost as if the act of fixing art to the wall is an act that symbolizes your commitment. But then again, you can just remove it and hang something else. Maybe it is that you have to fill the hole and have to paint over. It’s work you have to do when you move out. Maybe that’s why all the walls are white now I think about it.
